Executive Assistant – events and internship training
- Executive administrative functions: Prepare correspondence, spreadsheets, presentations/public speaking, organizational charts, period end reports, phone queries, emails, fax, copies, mail, check requests, schedule and maintain calendars and file systems. Social media and networking.
- Arranging travel, helping with setting up external events.
- Able to communicate effectively and professionally to all levels of management internally and externally. Bonus: French language ability.
- Microsoft Office experience (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, plus), Internet.
- Organization skills with a focus on details, ability to distinguish priorities and meet deadlines. Interest in aerospace/aeronautical industry. Must be highly organized.
- Required Attitude: Must be a proactive self-starter: Able to problem solve, be flexible, be able to work well alone and in a constantly changing team environment
- Unpaid internship for 6 months with college credit. Optional $500 stipend after 6 months.

IT Intern – post-production and social media
- IT Intern functions: Social Media, Maintain website, link with other educational programs, provide snapshots or samples of materials if requested externally, photo posting
- IT Intern seeking college credit or hands-on experience. Preferred majors include Programming, Graphic design, Engineering majors, Pre-Law. Aeronautical fields. Bonus: French/Other language ability.
- Required Attitude: Proactive self-starters who are able to problem solve, be flexible, and innovate. Must be able to work well alone and in team environments.

General Intern – pre-and-post production and events
- General Intern seeking college credit or hands-on experience. Preferred majors include Graphic design, History, Integrative Arts, Performance Arts, Communications, Pre-Law.
- IT skills, as needed: Maintain website, working with other educational programs, maintain social media pages, data mining, etc.
- Manual Labor Skills for set-up and tear down of traveling exhibition.
- Required skillset: Critical thinker, able to work well alone and in a team environment, flexible. Can take direction.
- Required Attitude: Proactive, passion for working with children, interest in aviation/aerospace and history.
- Unpaid internship for 6 months with college credit. Optional $500 stipend after 6 months.
