Diving into the Lake (1927) · Donald A. Hall Estate Collection

Another excellent, perfectly timed action photograph from Donald A. Hall Sr.'s diving series. A man plunges headfirst into a calm, tree-lined lake from a rowboat, perfectly capturing the carefree energy of summer recreation in the 1920s.
