Privacy and data stewardship.
Flying Over Time collects only the information needed to answer inquiries, operate programs and events, protect the website, document consent, and steward relationships responsibly.
Information you choose to provide
The public contact form may collect your inquiry type, name, email address, phone number, organization, originating page, and the message you submit. Do not send sensitive personal, financial, medical, legal, identity-document, donor, or child-participant information through this general website form. Program enrollment and youth consent will use purpose-specific processes when they become available.
Technical and administrative information
The site may process request time, route, browser or device information, and a one-way request fingerprint for security, abuse prevention, troubleshooting, and delivery evidence. Administrative users receive secure authentication cookies. Public visitors do not need an account to read published pages.
How information is used
Flying Over Time uses submitted information to respond to you; route an inquiry to the appropriate person; manage event, program, media, volunteer, partner, sponsor, donor, or employer interest; maintain consent and communication records; improve accessibility and services; protect people and systems; meet legal and reporting obligations; and preserve organizational continuity.
Service providers, tracking, and Powered by Pre
The site is operated by Flying Over Time and powered by Pre. Supabase provides managed database, authentication, and storage services; Vercel provides application delivery and hosting; and HighLevel provides customer-relationship, external-form, and attribution services. HighLevel’s external tracking script may process page URLs, referrers, campaign parameters, browser or device information, approximate location derived from network information, and compatible form submissions. It may use cookies or local storage to connect visits with a session or contact. Other communication, payment, accounting, registration, or media services may be used for a specific purpose. Service providers receive only the information reasonably needed for their role and do not acquire ownership of Flying Over Time’s mission, Collection, donor, participant, or relationship records merely by processing them.
Publication and privacy boundaries
Published pages, approved credits, partner recognition, event information, and public journal material are intentionally visible. Form submissions, memberships, unpublished content, raw source captures, restricted Collection records, contracts, donor details, youth records, and administrative activity are not public merely because they are stored in the same managed platform.
Retention, correction, and contact
Records are retained according to their purpose, applicable restrictions, safety and reporting needs, and the organization’s evolving retention policy. You may use the Support page to request access, correction, communication-preference changes, or deletion where appropriate. Some records may need to be retained for legal, financial, safety, archival, or evidentiary reasons.
