High Sierra Panorama Featuring Liberty Cap and Nevada Fall (1927)

An extraordinary wide-angle vista recorded by Donald A. Hall Sr. from Glacier Point, looking east across the upper Merced River basin. The composition prominently features the rounded granite dome of Liberty Cap with the white cascade of Nevada Fall plunging beside it, set against rolling forested ridges and the snow-covered alpine crest of the Clark Range under a dramatic cloudscape, capturing the vast expanse of the Yosemite backcountry.
