We will report what has been received, what can be delivered and what students actually experience. Each published update carries its own financial cutoff and source basis.

## The first 100 starts with us.

$100,000 to support the first 100 students. Support the people, relationships and Roots/Curiosity learning that begin the Roots2Wings pathway.

The first verified fundraising report is being prepared. Received contributions will appear after reconciliation.

- 10% Flying Over Time administration: $10,000 of the milestone
- 20% Spirit100 events: $20,000 of the milestone
- 30% Grow Spirit outreach: $30,000 of the milestone
- 40% Roots2Wings impact: $40,000 of the milestone

Each $1,000 campaign unit supports the whole operating model. The impact allocation is a budget share, not a verified delivery price. Funding units are separate from confirmed places and students served. Gifts of every size contribute. There is no fundraising deadline.

## What each number means.

**Received gifts** are successful, eligible contributions after refunds, counted once across payment channels. Unpaid pledges, future recurring installments, in-kind help and processor payouts are kept separate.

**Campaign funding units** show how contributions support the whole operating model. **Provider-confirmed places** describe delivery capacity. **Students enrolled, served, completing and progressing** describe different participant outcomes.

Blank or unreported figures mean the information has not yet been verified. They do not mean zero.

## A weekly rhythm, with room to correct.

Updates are planned for Thursdays, following a Wednesday financial cutoff in Arizona time. We will publish after reconciliation and review, keep each report’s as-of date visible and identify corrections in later reports.

The centennial story has its own rhythm. The May 20 departure anniversary is separate from financial reporting and carries no fundraising deadline.
